Great thread I'm a Brooklyn born raised and still live here native ...I've seen the change and appreciate the appreciation I get from the change of what is now NEW BROOKLYN.... 

I'm simply reacting to what other people have written here.  

My name is Jeff and am a San Diego native.  

To be clear, I have no intent in going after the agent or anything like that, I was just really surprised that she offered up that tidbit of info, it seemed to me like that was just her way to angrily react to us saying the condition had changed, and she just spit out the first words that came to her mind, which was probably not the smartest thing to say.  

This will give you a feel for how your property manager will  react to problems  that come up over the course of real estate investing.

@Jackson Hartman how did the tenants and neighbors react when you told them you were converting building to a STR, hotel?

Other people suggested things like paying down a mortgage or solo 401ks but you didn’t jump at them... then when I said REIT prices “don’t fluctuate much” you chime in and reacted as if I said they don’t fluctuate “AT ALL”.  

Are there any of these lenders out there that react in a timely fashion, and have halfway decent rates?

As I was in the store to complete my emergency supply, natives were loading up on beer, chips and ice, as if it were party time.
