However, because there were 3, if only one had been built, there is no doubt there would be really great appreciation.As it turned out, all 3 of them were built or is in some part of almost finished.The Clinton Hill/Fort Greene Brooklyn area skyrocketed and those 3 projects definitely had a positive impact on all of North Brooklyn resultant appreciationi.Real Example:2003 in Clinton Hill - bought for $890k it is now worth close to $3 Million2004 in Clinton Hill - bought for $590k (plus $275k reno) now worth $2.4 Million2008 in Clinton Hill - bought for $1.2M (plus $500k reno) now worth $2.8 MillionThis is all INSPITE of the 2007/8 financial crisis.But again, this is NYC.
