Searching for the right Real Estate Agent in NYC

Hi All, I'm currently looking for a real estate agent to help me search for a property using a 203k FHA streamline loan. I want to invest in a triplex/fourplex in either Brooklyn, Queens or the Bronx. I would like to either break even on cash flow or see some cash flow monthly as well as see some money back when the Re-fi occurs. (If possible). I have not completed a pre-approval of any kind. (Still searching for the right lender). I believe I can qualify for 350k-400k. After reading the qualifications for this loan, it looks like I meet all of the criteria.
