I agree, people are very skeptical to embrace Short Term Rental Revenue options because it’s just now emerging in the marketplace with a higher level of profitability because of the leverage of technology and everyone having a smart phone in their pocket.

These guys are profiting by helping pose a threat to our military men and women, using  Americans pension funds to finance our greatest adversary.  

It used to be that women were taken advantage of when they had car troubles at the service station.

@Patricio Pace Vacant and Absentee. 1 cussed me out and told me to take him off list, 1 women was confused about where I got her info. and her husband was not around to discuss it. 2 no answers on return calls yet, 1 is investor and not interested in selling, 2 have shown some interest, one is out of town and said they would call back when they got back and the other told me to make offer.

When I got into the mortgage industry in the 2010s, I was still hearing old timers tell pregnant women they couldn't get a mortgage until they had the baby, went back to work, and got their first paystub.

just show the deed to your insurance man/women and tell them you need insurance they will do the rest .. no sweat.

I have heard this story from many "women" I work with and it 99% ends badly.
