Chicopee is thriving @Justin Reed, inventory is extremely low but there has been a surge in buying; specifically 2-3 families.

The thing is we have a business that's already thriving and already replaces my full time salary.

In contrast, I would be curious as to what thoughts are on which industry segments will thrive post-Covid19.

There's a thriving community of flippers in the Tacoma Area, and I think that Federal Way is the next big place for flippers to get into.
