Hello my name is Jason Mendel, Residential Real Estate Broker from Puyallup Washington.  I got into Real Estate 5 years ago as a stepping stone to Investing. My goal for investing is to start out flipping a few homes and using those flips to build my rental portfolio so I can retire from being a broker and selling real estate to just investing.  Came to Bigger Pockets through one of Brandon's free webinars that I saw while surfing the web, looking for investment ideas.  Of course it took me watching 3 of them before I decided to actually join and take advantage of all they have to offer here.
