hello all , my tenant called me and said that he smelled gas while using the stove and it set off the carbon monoxide alarm.

Mold and infestation all over the walls in the back, alarm is going off bc of the water leak shortcircuiting everything, I'm surprised it hasn't caught fire yet.3 - 2 bedroom appt - Single mom, kid, dog living in the place.

Alarming to see that the property management company provided these #s.

Just had inspection and the home inspector actually cut it short to sound the alarm bells and said the front brick seems to be bulging out and this could be a major structural issue and that i should get the opinion of a brick/stone mason.

I am so alarmed!! 

I've done this in numerous common areas (hallways/stairwells/etc) for the updating of lighting & for fire alarm devices.

However, you cant deny that the foreclosure rates in NEWARK are not ALARMING in comparison to its counterpart cities such as Elizabeth & Jersey City.

They both can dial your cell phone when the alarm is triggered.However, when I called Skylink customer support, they said I needed a land line in the house for the alarm to work.Obviously there's not going to be any phone service in a vacant house.I was wondering what other people do in this situation?
