NYC real estate is a little out of my league, so I'm looking to make a move to the Portland, Maine, or Portsmouth, New Hampshire, area to both get out of this great (but expensive!!!)

Im in NH and my rental is in Jacksonville Beach Florida.

In my state (NH), I'm pretty sure you have to be an agent/salesperson for 1 year full-time or 2000 hours part-time to move up to a broker.

Would love to find something near to / in the seacoast New Hampshire or Maine (southern Maine) regions.Anybody know of anything, or potentially interested in joining me to get something off the ground?

I live in southern NH and as you may know this area is not the cheapest area to buy in.

@Jim Viens - One of the biggest thing for me in a potential partner is the goals they want to achieve and "why".

Some other stuff on the North Shore and in NH as well, and if you really like to network plenty of stuff south of Boston as well.

Then suggest they may want to get PreQualified for a Mortgage in (Massachusetts or New Hampshire) with my new friend Mike Hurney!
