one month rent and ditchers are the worse..i hope you still haver their deposit, at least that will help you out a bit..in most cases and states, you cannot simply take matters into your own hands by changin locks etc..it's better to do things right, swiftly and patiently..you'll get them out of your hair legally usually within 20 days..take a look at the following link for some advice on Ohio law..http://www.ohiolegalservices.org/public/legal_prob...hope it helps, and good luck!

One way around those requirements is to convert the commercial spaces to live/work units but those are limited to uses like hair salons, office, shops, etc so no restaurants/bars.

Heck, in most jurisdictions you need a license to cut hair when you start offering services to the public.The fact is, generally, within any specific RE office, Sales or PM, only the licensees can perform those RE activities.
