I understand from a home buying prospective that you want guidance and reassurance, but there are limits on what we can do. ...My office is full of knowledgeable and trustworthy agents...With all due respect, what does it matter how knowledgeable the agents are if they are unwilling to share the fruits of that knowledge (i.e., educated opinion)?
