As long as that is checked, it is compliant with their rules.

As to the OP and our legal poster, obviously can't interpret licensing law, I might just call the IL REC and ask if I can go wholesale, just t make sure.There are ways of wholesaling, but I'll stick to my guns, not one single guru, coach or mentor teaching wholesaling with sale contracts is compliant, on the legal or ethical side. 

Dough that the average wanna be Bper wants to somehow start to make, the whole reason I exist to them is to keep them compliant with state regs.. they don't want to take the chance of getting shut down.. just takes one complaint..
