I could try lowering the price but I don't understand how my price is to high when apartments within four blocks are listed at 1800/1900 that haven't been renovated and the apartment I have listed has a new bathroom/kitchen and central ac/heat. 

I noticed a house on my block hasn’t had anyone in it the duration of my time in my home.

The basement is composed of concrete block topped with common brick above ground level into wood framing.

My neighbor bought a 4/3 block house with cement tile roof.

My Agent gave up Flips to just build one type of 3/2 block home to sell, over and over.

this sounds like a wood frame Bungalow house built between the 1910's and 1950's, or wood floor framed block home built in the late 1940's or 1950's, here in Clearwater. 

It looks like the schools aren't very good, but it is very close to a lot of things (some new construction nearby, not many rentals in the area except to the West about 20 blocks. 

Which I feel will block my money into it now which restricts ability to buy anything else. what you all suggest?
