Assuming they won't cover anything but routine snaking (which seems to be covered in my warranty) am I responsible for issues in the "main line" (ie: outside the house).  

How do you collect money from low income tenants.... by any means possible.It's great to point out the risks of accepting cash, and to have a policy to not want cash as normal routine, but think it is unrealistic to accept no cash from the truly low income.
