You are the leader of the project.

One of the leaders at the local real estate investment group likes to say "you already know everything you need to do your next deal." 

For management, we have an in-house team with a leader who directs others what to do.

Left my previous full time roll as a senior logistics leader last fall to venture fulltime into real estate.

There's no bank that would do like this but there're LOT of religious private institution that's offering the same, only by different method (shared equity,limited appreciation,etc,etc).But just FYI, in my own view, the current fixed rate mortgage of 30 year I felt it's more "kosher" than those private company that's offering, is simply because on the private offering, the house is owned by them and not by you.  

They'll also make sure all gutter leaders are connected, sidewalks and outdoor stairs are in good condition.  

Look for a local investors club and call the leader of the club and ask for advice on which people they use.

This isn't the forum for a religious debate but I can't help giving a rebuttal.

I do believe that today's leaders have realized the mistakes and are trying to make an effort to correct, but as a whole we are still not where we need to be.Now, in regards to Detroit's rebound there are of course a number of factors contributing, but it really boils down to a couple of  significant ones IMO:1.
