I'm always looking for deals and learning from books pod cast and experience.

I did this last year and the tenant had to leave before the house closed, they used Pod and stayed with family.

I'm sure they use NPV to calculate what they're willing to pay but I can't know for sure.In my experience, loan mods only hurt the value of loans.

Just want to say thank you to all the pod cast guests and obviously the hosts.  

So far, one waffle maker, a TON of Cascade dishwasher pods and beach towels.I bought 2 extra waffle makers just in case, I only put out about 10 pods and buy up beach towels in the fall when they are 2-3 bucks.I chalk up the towels to kids.

I buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, dishwasher soap pods, liquid dish soap, coffee packets, sheets, pillows, bath towels, washcloths & hand towels from SAMs.
