Hey Team, My wife and I are teachers/trainers and novices when it comes to real estate.

I'm a complete novice and have been very fortunate with great first tenants.

My novice is showing, OOPS.  

Bitrix24 is the best in terms of total flexibility, scope of usefulness and usability from novice to pro and broad spectrum of application from managing cold call prospect databases, employees, AM, inbound, to  managing rehabs, contractors costs, total cost of deal and everything else in-between.  

I'm a novice investor with two properties under belt, currently waiting on feedback from the bank for a 3rd. 

A novice can do it but they are probably more likely to lose money, thereby off-setting any benefit of buying cheap.

Particularly 'Education' being my fave so that people(newbies/novices in particular) will more than likely aim for now.

I am a rank novice in this area.

My husband are novices in investing with  our self directed IRAs as well.

A TON of novice realtors are now calling people begging for listings promising they will get fantasy numbers, and list it at that, just because it's the only way they can get any listing.
