For the whole thread- I continue to agree that these laws suck. but I just don't have my hair on fire about it.

let me tell you why ladies HATE those. really simple.women do NOT wash their hair every time they are in the shower. it takes them too long to fix it and if it's late they just want to shower. if you have a rain head, you ARE washing that hair no matter what you try to do.another reason, to see what you are doing, you need to step outside the rain or your eyes will be flooded with water.do they look good?

Some slight honey combing was observed on the slab foundation and gutters need to probably replaced.

This does not often happen as much.Basically to keep it short this property has a lot of (hair) on the deal as we say in the business.

You will probably need to do this multiple times, and you will need to soak the deck brush in a bucket filled with dish soap solution and comb it out with a paintbrush comb to remove the tar residue in the brush bristles between cleanings..
