I am looking in my backyard eastern NC

If anyone is unfamiliar with zoning in Mass, and specifically eastern Mass, please understand that this is generally one of the worst zoning environments in the country— I have worked on commercial and infrastructure projects nationwide.

I’ve used US bank (min loan 35k on purchase), capital one (doesn’t do home loans anymore) and a local bank in eastern NC.

For example: could a home in the north-eastern corner of the Las Vegas addition pull comps from the north-western corner of Gatewood (assuming the homes are identical in terms of interior/rehab quality)?  

Northside, eastern Henrico prices have crept up a bit (like most places) but you can still get some cashflow if you buy right, possibly less headaches.

Are people leaving the Eastern half of Mass right now?

Are there any flat fee real estate brokers in south eastern pa.

At that ARV, I'd suggest the southern & eastern portions of Richardson ISD, portions of Garland & Plano, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, North Richland Hills & Keller.
