Graduated from paralysis phase!
Well. last year I joined bigger pockets and dove head first into youtube university. Since then, I spent the rest of the year convincing myself I will never be good enough to get a deal. Just recently Shut that voice up and have contacted a few good (to me) leads. One of which I received a response and was able to throw an offer on the table. It was denied, but my milestone was just even getting to the point of the offer. I am starting with wholesaling route, I will also be studying to take the license exam and start build some capital to get me going on my own. I would appreciate any tips from wholesalers for a new guy looking for first deal. I am looking in my backyard eastern NC
