I’m contemplating offering owner financing, but my property is listed on the MLS.

They get some breathing room and have an elation high now being able to contemplate what they are passionate about and maybe take some steps to start getting there.Then crossing the first million in net worth mark.

I was actually contemplating the idea of removing the electric baseboard heating and only rely on a wood stove for heating.

Contemplating selling our home and taking approx 220k we have in equity (after closing costs) to move to another part of country and take a different job VS keeping home and renting out (hopefully to military) and could safely clear (after property management fees) around 1000-1200 a month.  

@Brian Eastman it’s in the news - the current administration is contemplating about it.

We actually are contemplating selling it but not sure.

One idea I have been contemplating is putting together an investment partnership and pitching it to friends and family. 

I remember contemplating whether or not to have a paranormal team run through during the inspection phase!

@John Arendsen  we contemplated modular for one of our SC projects there are far more modular builders out east than on the west coast and I think the market accpets them better as well.
