I don’t remember everything I saw on the video, but I can recall: a downspout not finished bringing water towards the foundation of the home (probably causing mold inside too), a pipe somehow through a tree root, doors unhinged, chipping paint every where (here in Maryland you are in big trouble if there is peeling paint in a rental), siding dented, very low grade materials that will need to be changed with the first tenant turnover, among many other things. 

this thing is very aggressive kicks up a lot of dust and is not for the faint of heart. a cold chisel and hammer work very well you just sit on the floor and with chisel in hand begin to chip away at the mound.  

Funny thing I've learned is that if you deal with people in an honest and fair manner, you don't have to walk around with a chip on your shoulder and letters of recommendation in your pocket. 

If you can get up two tiles without chipping or breaking them .... depending on the quality of the tile this may or may not work.

The way it was explained to me, as long as you don't sand it & dispose of the chips properly (assuming you're scraping it off), you're okay.

Chips and scratches are very hard to fix on granite.

These days a million dollars is really not all that and a bag of chips, you know?
