I joined the Bigger Pockets forum after listening to the podcast and was especially inspired by the episode featuring Ashley Hamilton from Detroit, Michigan (Hi, Ashley!!) 

I find it inspiring that so many on here have found success without dishing out money to these "gurus".....Nice.

Now I just have to figure out what method to do and get over the fear and do it.Hopefully I can find some inspiration here to get me over the hump.

I just have a strong passion for this business like the rest of you guys and i enjoy every aspects of it.This site and my fellow BP members really gives me the inspiration about this business.I know its going to be hard work but im ready to put the TIME in.

Just wanted to give my fellow investors some words of inspiration as given to to me by a seasoned Investor years ago, who told mt to "Buy when there's blood in the streets" (I think this current market fits the bill), and to "control money from the grave" (estate planning).I AM REAL ESTATEI am the basis of all wealth, the heritage of the wise, the thrifty and prudent.
