If you are looking at this as a service to provide a third party investor, you are directly competing with mortgage servicers who have an army of personnel (100's of people).

It doesn’t pay very well (about half of what I made in the Army after ALL deductions), but it’s a job for now.

But.... these were all minor repairs and maintenance.It may be better to have when I move away from where my three properties are since I will have to move eventually being in the Army.

For one of the condos I have an excellent tenant who was an Army Colonel and wife with no children at home, stationed at a local base.

The medical center has an army of residents completing their medical training.

If the MLS was to become obsolete, it would spell the end of the market for anyone remote or else spawn an army of local people to validate data (sounds remarkably like the MLS and realtors doesn't it.  :-)Bill J.
