It came partially furnished and I had to add one bed frame and mattress, kitchen ware, two rugs, a coffee table, TV, dresser and cable/internet needed to be hooked back up (the latter being the most difficult – a story for another time).

If add on training was clearly detailed and the simply details documented.  

They make it really easy for landlords and tenants and is free for both (with a few add-ons if you want). 

Add on 15k for furnishings .

There’s add ons for basic features like route tracking.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

I have used the state of WV so far and they have a great lease in Word, and other add on docs such as for pets, etc....

I'm down in Palmyra, we chose to keep ours as long term rentals, and have managed to add one a year since then doing brrrr.
