Recently I have found it aggravating to deal with having to meet prospective tenants to hand deliver applications, or dealing with those who don't know how to edit an emailed PDF application and return.

Contact the local power company to hook up both temporary and permanent power - you will need both to build and need to make sure with them what it will take to get power to the property if it is not there already.

I would still receive calls and emails from tenants regarding the maintenance requests, and forward to the subcontractor after I screen out unreasonable requests.
