Contact the local power company to hook up both temporary and permanent power - you will need both to build and need to make sure with them what it will take to get power to the property if it is not there already.

He emails me yesterday and asks if I've ever considered listing a property on the MLS with him since his cash buyers haven't shown much interest in that property yet.

I would still receive calls and emails from tenants regarding the maintenance requests, and forward to the subcontractor after I screen out unreasonable requests.
