Truth is most laypeople think all real estate investors are the same and all scammers.Some people have a superiority complex, but as long as you conduct yourself with integrity there's nothing wrong with investing regardless of which niche you choose.

I think there will be major changes up until Superior.

Due to superior lobbying budgets, the "registration" is nationwide, for the below 2 categories it's state specific.

 :)Other lead ideas:  get lists of divorces from the Superior court, evictions, delinquent taxes from the Tax commissioner.

The Senior says he doesn't know it depends on the nature of the property if he needs and will tear it down.He goes against the property not owner to the superior state courts in order to do this.
