The list looks like you're in 1st year med and trying to decide between obstetrics, pulmonary and kinesiology or maybe doing all three simultaneously.

They show what can be accomplished when you start finding deals yourself, but simultaneously stress how difficult it can be.

Essentially, their guidelines can be very open while simultaneously be very closed in certain situations.

You're receiving full marketing exposure and saving money simultaneously.

Some lenders are processing simultaneously.

It's always amusing to me that many of the same folks on this forum that routinely trash property managers as completely unnecessary, are simultaneously pumping that they are worth 6 or 7 percent of the sales price for their own expertise.
