Networking and Referrals: Do you have any recommendations for building a robust network within the real estate industry to access potential sellers of significant portfolios?

Long story short, I am deeply impressed at the tech support with PriceLabs (and OwnerRez).As far as pricing rules go, PriceLabs is very robust (dynamic pricing, minimum stay rules, orphan day rules, seasonal adjustments, etc). 

In that situation, this type of exercise leads to your "resume" as an investor.Of course, this would never be applicable to Mike because he is a lone wolf who attracts tenants who are willing to wait for enough maintenance items to accrue to make a trip to their unit worth his time.

Do you put attention to detail as part of your stregths when you write a resume?

It wouldn't be the first time I shoved someones resume in his face and asked him to fix it/ give feedback or help someone network.

The capital partner gets some experience and gets to put a deal on their resume while the experienced operator gets equity capital to inject into a project.

Which means the courts resumed hearing eviction cases as early as late June 2020.

You need A PM that has enough experience to have great systems (screening process; movein/moveout processes; interim inspections; handling of service calls; handling of SD; excellent financial reporting, and more), a robust support team (how do they deal with critical staff on vacation or out with illness?)
