The "bad loans" don't scare me much those as most loans have buyers with skin in the game in regard to down payments, proving they can repay, etc.There is some talk going around about helocs adjusting, and loan modifications adjusting, that may add some desperate sellers to the market but we will see.

I would assume that the rent would be aligned with the same rules of loan modification which allows home owners a ,maximum monthly payment of the 1/3 of their income.I would also think that this solution is temporary.

The above first post I mention in it...this is an e-mail from my agent not sure if its all info forwarded to me from potential tenant or also could be that agent made some modifications to the email before sending it to me mentions the following: " Tenant also mentions this request is because she really have the issue with current landlord, and hope we guys can understand and do her a flavor just this time, she loved your apartment very much and don't want to give us any trouble.
