How do I get some extra momentum going , and deals ?

Because I've seen how much more momentum people can get with help. 

One issue I see is some sort of life change into the lease term OR they were already borderline at the onset of the lease and likely would not be able to keep up the momentum of paying.

This re market has been trading like a low float (low supply) momentum stock and the company is about to do a big offering and dilute the heck out of it.

I just bought my first property, after 3 years of doing my researching, inching forward and sometimes losing momentum entirely.

As your marketing machine is gaining momentum you will be able to assign the contracts for deals that you don't intent to close on to other investors -> become a wholesaler.
