Hi everyone

I am in the South Florida market. I must say the market is hot and it’s extremely competitive. I am freshly new to buying home cash and investing. How do I get some extra momentum going , and deals ? The market is extremely competitive. I have done the general tactics as everyone else just seems like traffic is very slow. Any recommendations?

Any tips and advice will be appreciated.
