I don't think that it is a male or female thing but a communication style.

I like the leverage of land but obviously cash-flow is an issue in this style of investing.I saw that the recreational values offered by locations close to ski resorts will be growing as people retire.

I am still very green and hope to blend in the background for the first meeting or two just to 007 style check things/people out.
