I own owned an airplane hanger condo for years and loved it ultimate man/women cave to store your planes and all other manner of things we all need to store.. these can be great developments.. as well..

I can't think of any advantage or differences in investing between men and women but I would love to meet other women who are investing in real estate and learn from their experiences if you do end up hosting this event.
