Could be deal finding, cold calling, organization, picking stuff up at Home Depot, etc. whatever it is do it well and use it to open doors.

I am also skilled in working with numbers, organizing information, and researching.  

If someone organizes a large business around wholesaling, they may need to be a licensed real estate broker and their operators licensed salesman to avoid regulatory problems - in many states.Look at what brokerage firms have done using tech to create virtual offices, virtual teams, etc.

They've got numerous meet-ups for young professionals and events held by event organizers like living social. 

My local attorney who has done most of my closings said its either one or the other in regards to trusts and LLC's, I like the series LLC option but don't feel we are organized enough for that model

@Ryan DaigleYes correct - I’m organizing friend/family interest in multifamily investment real estate in the Seattle area from a sponsor/syndication standpoint.

I think what this new ADU house market will do is highlight and organize a new niche of buyers, people who are interested in house hacking and saving money per month on their mortgage payments and get into a duplex/investment property.

I am a rather organized person that feel like with these in place it frees you up to enjoy more of life.
