What I would do....use cardboard or construction paper to make a template that fits the contour of the tub perfectly.....then transfer that template to a plank....mark it out with a pencil etc...... make the big straight cuts as needed.

The flooring was down when we did the kitchen cabinets so it took some load & one of my guys was cutting boards on the flooring but again no scratches.Good luck

"Done" she said.I bought Hardi panels and cut them to replace the skirting, found a suitable 5 gallon can of "whoops" exterior paint at HD, bought a toilet for $5.00 and a faucet for $5.00 at a yard sale and a discontinued pedestal sink at Lowes for $20.

As we know housing doesn't paid for more garage space, with the proposed cut around $9.5 billion in 2018, my rent is not getting SAFMR (small area fare market rent) if I include 3 car garage.

My plan is hoping that they accept and that the appraisal comes down to 330k-340k and then i kindly ask the seller to cut the price.
