My Ultimate goal is to build residual income and use Real Estate as a tool to fund other goals and generational wealth.After reading countless books,  completing real estate school and even attending seminars I am more than ready to get in the field and learn with hands on experience.

I have spoken to him for countless hours and at all times.  

After countless hours of searching through MLS, driving for dollars, meeting with agents, going to department of planning; I'm fully realizing this is hard work and I have a lot of respect for those that have succeeded before me and for those in the trenches with me (fight on!).

I will say the countless negative reviews on Google have truth to them and we put in over 20 warranty claim tickets on our brand new home within months of moving in.

I'm also currently in escrow for a new property which took about a year's worth of searching and countless hours of driving around and phone calls. 

You keep it simple and not managing tons of people with countless meetings trying to get the sellers to lower price and get buyers to up price so you can close more listing inventory.

I've done driving for dollars, spent countless hours on auditor and sheriff sale sites - very frustrating!  

In the last year countless people have reached out to me asking for help to duplicate my process, and I've made good partners through it.
