Newbie from California

Hello BP Community!!  My husband (Chi) and I have been listening to @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner bicker at each other on the podcast for countless hours (loving every bit of it!), and finally decided to join the online community! :)

We are real estate newbies, ambitious and motivated to delve in.  We both have demanding "day jobs" (I am a Clinical Research Associate for Phase I oncology clinical trials, and my husband heads up the operations for a telecommunications start-up company), but like many others we are seeking long term investment opportunities.

We hope not to get stuck in the "analysis paralysis" stage and are actively seeking to build relationships in the Columbus, Ohio area (we recently relocated due to Chi's operations; yes, I blame him for the weather!) with agents/brokers, lender, investors and fellow newbies.

We are looking to house-hack a multi-family property, and/or buy and hold a SFP for our first transaction.  We have an ambitious goal of 20 doors by 2020.  Setting the goal high (high for us) to keep us motivated!

We understand the importance of adding value and building relationships, and look forward to serving anyway we can.
