Looking for advice on tenant neighbor not updating their mailing address. 

There is some plumbing that I know will need to be updated.

The price is only 35k and needs some minor updating approx. 1500. 

Just tell them there's now FIVE boxes at that address and the range needs to be updated appropriately.

An update from my last post.I have decided to NOT continue using Anderson as my tax preparer. 

Just one example is the inter-corporate communication from Appraisal agencies ordering appraisals from independents, with updates as to conforming to value range adjustments which can change to the market area.
