Although my wife and I are excited, I know that we could be doing more to grow our money (I also know that many people don't tie in equity to NW, and these numbers are skewed if we keep our home forever).

You want to milk it (cash flow) and for it to reproduce (take out the equity and buy an investment property). this is the fundamental way to truly grow wealth in real estate.

Read as many books as you can find, listen to podcasts, try to grow your knowledge in any way you can.

New to BP, but have been looking into trying to house hack while I grow the capital for it (student/work) .
