During the height of sequestration and the last BRAC, the Army closed other posts and units to consolidate to Ft.

Indian Rocks Beach had a law but quietly tried to amend it and when they cited a homeowner he sued them and won and now IRB has no law at all.

Part of the reason NOLA bounced back at all is because the US Army Corps of Engineers made huge investments and improvements into our drainage infrastructure.

Great walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and only 1.8 miles walking distance across the bridge to catch a ball game at Progressive Field to see the Cleveland Indians!

So my AirBNB did struggle but those Healthcare workers took advantage of my AirBNB on water at Indian Rocks Beach, every weekend. 

I am also interested in expanding my area to Indian Land, SC and Waxhaw, NC.
