I am sure locals would be able to sift through the area to find the gems in the rough, but I can see why out of staters need to yield caution.

I deal in gems and minerals, so I don't know much about Chinese antiquities -  porcelian and furniture.But, I wonder if anyone has any advice on how to structure a deal where you find a buyer for someone - using chinese antiquities, and not real estate, in this case, as an example.Like I said, this is a shot in the dark, I have never put a deal together, and I am looking for some start-up cash, to start investing in properties.

@Luke Harris  I grew up in this industry.. as such I am without being too forward and expert at it.I don't like selling worthless land to suckers.. and that is what most of these programs are based on.are there some gems  for sure.. have I bought and sold land  YES by the hundreds if not thousands.will I sell worthless High Desert sage brush land to unsuspecting folks NO.

Alex  AIrbnb right now is great for the south Florida area but like any thing in real estate it a risk  but I also think it will be great if you had a airbnb manager just like a property  manager . can't say im a newbie because i been learning about real estate for about 2 years ..Having 2 week booked on air bnb is the same as a whole months rent .. and the cleaning services are moving toward the airbnb side on things. plus south Florida will always have the snow birds season (people thats running from the cold)....AS far area in palm beach i think lake worth in some part are gems for airbnb price and location wise .. i just seen a duplex going for 165k of it my need a Work but It in a great area ....
