Hi,

This is a shot in the dark, but I am a new real estate investor.

I have some knowledge of a Chinese antiquities dealer who is selling their entire store and they are looking for a buyer, and have expressed they would give me a percentage of the profits if I find  buyer.

I deal in gems and minerals, so I don't know much about Chinese antiquities -  porcelian and furniture.

But, I wonder if anyone has any advice on how to structure a deal where you find a buyer for someone - using chinese antiquities, and not real estate, in this case, as an example.

Like I said, this is a shot in the dark, I have never put a deal together, and I am looking for some start-up cash, to start investing in properties. This situation came up for me and I thought, hey, if I can find a buyer for them, and with the experence I do have in my industry, maybe I can pull something off!

Thanks!
