If your entitlement is all used up, a common way to restore it is to refinance an existing property out of the VA loan and into a conventional one, which frees the entitlement right back up.Your local lender (probably) does VA loans.

Pictures of the property as it was when they left are critical for you to have to demonstrate what the physical damage to to property was, and why you had to pay what you paid for restoring it.

Yes, it could be time consuming (not totally sure you have to restore the data to desktop and then move it back again - it's worth double checking), but at least you still have that access and it's not like you have zero books whatsoever. :-\ And then that way, you can set up this new/duplicated file on your own QBO subscription, which your new accountant can still wholesale bill for you to pass on those savings (I have clients set up this way - they own the file, but they get billed through me).I hope you're able to come to a resolution on this soon!

I went with Tommy from Lizzar Restoration and got the repair completed in 3 weeks.Here are the main things I'd suggest to watch out for:1) During the time you make the purchase to completing your repair, don't forget to compile a list of repair items that you actually did and save the before/after pictures.
