What to do with a 1.2 acre commercial lot?
I recently purchased a 1.2 acre lot in Columbus OH (close to Easton). It is located less than mile away from major freeways and about 10-15 minutes from the airport. The area is continuing to develop rapidly.
The lot is currently used for RV storage but given the location, I think it has potential to be converted to another business. One idea that comes to mind is turning it into self-storage but the investment to build it is very high. Preferably looking to invest less than $200k. Any suggestions on what a place of this size can be used for to maximize rental income?
