Need to calm down and relax because wow.

You might think of taking a jog outside and, as you relax from the exercise, practice in your mind what you will say when you call these people.  

Relax and be yourself.

Everytime I see 2 or 3 muscle or old school cars I stop and stare at them until they are out of sight, my son does it too, as does just about everyone else since they are great to look at and usually pretty loud compared to the hybrids you are used to seeing in Cali.

If you have long term debt on your property and strong cash flow then sit back and relax, you have done well to prepare. 

Did the lenders provide any seasoning guidance as to when they'd consider relaxing the restriction?

Hire an agent and get it listed on the MLS.You don't need to fix anything,just clean up the trash and remove the personal items and clutter to make the rooms as big as possible.Make the property look clean and inviting to impress buyers.Let the realtors do the hard work while you relax and wait for it to get done quickly.

@Pat Jackson Not sure about the rest of the country but most of the small multi's here are large 100+ year old SFH's that were converted to multi's at some point in their lives, probably at a time when a shift in demand and more relaxed zoning laws made it easy to do so. 

Laura, that crazy self help lady on the radio used to get garbage for telling burned out housewives to leave their kids with a sitter, go for a weekend and **** their spouses....relax, have some drinks... 

Let them know you are serious and eventually they may relax on some of their guidelines.I am curious how you got a loan with only one month on the job at the time?
