I have no time to use them and like @Aaron Mazzrillo said it's better to let your assets pay for your toys.

I have toyed around with the idea of turning my studio in the heart of Media into an Airbnb.

I haven’t seen the property yet but I am toying with the idea.

I'm planning to read Getting to Yes, as soon as I come to US and I can get it in a book store.By the time, I wanted to consolidate a bit my understanding and I came across a very nice video on Youtube.

I have a rental in a vacation market and have toyed with offering tickets to local tourist attractions, amusement parks, etc, to make a few bucks.

A super useful tool I recommend to all my investor clients: MagicPlan and Laser Measure.

Takes laser measurements on site then cuts the quartz with a machine at his workshop.

If you get laser in on one property it has a high probability of not being sold then the others you were not keen on or did not track end up selling and your caught flat footed and not prepared to bid.

I live in the city and have toyed with the idea of moving back to LI.
