My house is a 1.5 story SFR, the second story has its own entrance, full bathroom and kitchen so I am able to rent out the bottom to one tenant and the top to another.

When we inspected that building, there was evidence of squirrels in the attic and we found their entrance.  

It is a higher entrance cost but well worth it!

You'll want to make sure the natural gas is turned off at each appliance, water is turned off @ the entrance to the home and *dont forget this* if you have an electric water heater, make sure the breaker is off.

currently looking at 2 possible RE:a house across the street is probably going on Sherrif's sale next month, it was for sale in 2010-2011 but didn't sell due to the high asking price and a tree growing 10 inches away from the house (probably the root hits basement wall).a 1 bedroom condo near university, located under a 2 bedroom condo (so it's more like the basement with separate entrance). no garage, just 1 assigned parking lot.. maybe there's a condo fee.. price at 80-90K, which probably NOT a good rental property considering the rent might only be around $650-700

Property is a 4-unit with a garage and storage space above garage w/ separate entrance, ie could be individually rented to 6 tenants of ~6'x6' storage units.

I started putting out my bandit signs in the beginning of November in the major entrances/exits of the neighborhoods in my areas.

Is trash shared between building owners with a large dumpster along with the private road repairs or do you each have your own trash cans and service and entrance??

That is what makes the #'s so attractive.This was my first entrance into Storage facilities and it has turned out well.This is NOT a completed sale but looks strong and walk through is tomorrow.Rich

Not really a rough area, not a great area either....this sign is at the entrance to the property sign  https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4072937,-111.98381...You likely won't have any student renters from ASU at this location.I may be wrong, but weren't these built as a low income housing project?
