Poo in washers

Yes, you read that right.  I have a tenant, or former tenant, who has been putting feces in the community washing machines and on the floor and under the machines.  I'm going to put a lock on the door with a security code so only current tenants can get in.

The next time I go on an expensive vacation, know that I've EARNED it by doing this crappy job!

This is a first for me, although there was the guy who left so many boogers on his wall that we had to use a paint scraper to get them all off.  To be honest, I hired that  job out! He used to complain to me that he couldn't get a girlfriend.  Gee, I wonder why?

There were also the people who never took their dogs out.  For months, until I evicted them.  The smell was overpowering and some urine even got into the framing.

So, just for fun and for those who think we don't earn our money, what are some of the disgusting things you've experienced as a landlord?
