I'm sure folks who have been doing it longer than me have endless lists of this happening - but what's up with this?

It's always good to see people getting involved in REI up in our neck of the woods.If I had time, I could probably write 10 pages on the questions you ask here, but will try to give a very brief overview without getting lost in the weeds.As you probably imagine, Logan is the most desirable area for rental properties because of the perceived notion that the University provides an endless tenant pool.

This sometimes ends up me driving around endlessly showing unit after unit and they find a leasing office to use rather than use me.

Other issues with new developments, experience and success of the developer, financial abilities, market conditions, the list is almost endless for due diligence, again, not a place to begin in.

They have endless free educational material online and a great inspector support system. 

I have been listening to lots of webinars and trying to sort through the maze of information, everything from DC Fawcett, Phil Grove, Nouveau Riche to the Commercial Training Institute.

BP is an amazing site full of amazing people and truly endless information.
