I remembered the book I read a few years back, Rich Dad Poor Dad, as I’m sure many of you are familiar with, and got me thinking of the possibilities of creating a passive stream of income to one, fund our mission here in Japan, and also set us up for the long run.Obviously there are challenges with doing real estate from the other side of the world but I am extremely excited and driven to not “want” this to work, but “will” make it work.

I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.

We have a long time duplex STR in San Diego in an area where a very large percentage of the units are STR (Mission Beach).

But a good realtor is definitely worthwhile in legitimizing your company and being an integral part of your overall mission.

As I have done my research I have been having a difficult time making the numbers make sense for rental properties throughout the GVA, so I have been looking more into the Fraser Valley (Abby, Chilliwack, Mission etc).  

Looking for information if Mission/Mcallen/Edinburg area is good for rental investment.

That is why I am only flipping right now in Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Tustin and other Orange County cities.
